• If she uses the same email account on both the Samsung phone and the Samsung Tablet she could use Google photo back-up app and have the same pics on both if not just pick up a usb to micro adapter

• She can do so by using a cloud service (One Drive, Google, etc.). If she has her phone backed up to her Google account and uses the same Google account on the Tablet, she could do it that way, too. That would probably be the simplest way. She could also use an adapter for a flash drive. Geek Squad also offers data transferring services.
