I don't think in evernote. But, with Microsoft Onenote you can "write" your notes with the s-pen.

However, Samsung and their S-Pen are well known so a lot of big name apps, like Evernote, will program for that; especially since Evernote is centered around writing and taking notes. A good way to tell if any app will work with the S-Pen in a more pen/pencil like way is to look in the description of the app in the Play Store (if this is your first Android device this can also be found online). When looking at the descriptions you will need to look for stylus support or specifically S-Pen support. If this is not a feature that is supported by the app don't worry, the S-Pen will still work, it will just work as if you were using your finger but, with a little more control and pinpoint accuracy.
