Samsung Galaxy Tab A - Bestbuy edition. I see BestBuy has a new Galaxy Tab A with the Pen in it. Are the other Galaxy Tab A's (Non-BestBuy Edition) also pen enabled? There are no specifications on the other's. I already have several Pen Stylist and maybe I don't even have to buy an S-Pen because I already have one. Also, is this 10 point touch screen or 5 point? I found other tablets lacking in touch precision.

Hi, as far as I was informed Samsung has only developed 2 tablets that are stylus enabled (Best Buy only carries the Tab A 9.7). The other tablets from Samsung are NOT stylus enabled and will not perform the same tasks as threes two that are (i.e., they are not programmed to take notes, draw, etc), though you should be able to use any stylus to navigate and type (I say this based on my experience with my Samsung Galaxy s5 phone, with is not "stylus enabled" but on which I have used a stylus to navigate and type). I would recommend following up with Samsung for further verification.

The only Tablet That Will work with the S pen is the one from Best Buy they have it exclusively. There is Hardware/software that is internal that enables use of the s pen.
I like the size personally, its larger for when i need a bigger screen and thats why i have a tablet, otherwise i use my galaxy phone for most everything I do. My Laptop is feeling some neglect these days.

Yes you can use a stylus but the S- pen works with the Tablet and makes it easier to do different tasks and functions with the tablet. It is awesome to use them together. You will want to get the pen.

Only the tab a which comes with the pen has the ability to use a stylus to draw, etc.
