- Answer I just chatted online with Best Buy and they stated that you do not have to have the Samsung Kids membership. This will work like a regular tablet.

- Answer Yes you can I haven’t started the kids subscription yet and everything works perfectly love that I can lock it anytime of the day and it locks automatically around 8 unless you set the setting up differently it’s pricey but worth it.

- Answer It is not cellular enabled, it is wifi only so there is no monthly data plan. There is a Samsung kids subscription service for games with no ads but as for the tablet connecting to internet it is via wifi.

- Answer Honestly... I might suggest a Chromebook with 4GB Memory/Ram instead... they have some that are convertible to a tablet starting at $209. If you need more storage space in the chromebook then just add a micro SD card to it.
