A:AnswerIf you look in the box in the area where the little user guide is you will find what looks like a paper clip. It is attached to the box in a cut out slot. Use this device to insert in the small hole on the memory cover. When inserted this item will help to open the card cover so you may insert the memory card.
As far as WiFi connection problem. If you are doing a Factory reset you need to set up WiFi connection again as a Factory reset wipes out setting. Hope this was helpful.

A:Answerjust got mine about a week ago. An S pen will not work on this tablet,
however a generic stylus pointer-type pen works great. I reccomend the
Insignia red stylus for $5.99. It's a tad longer and keeps your hands a little
less up close to the screen.
