• Yes. Download your Vonage, Sype or other app that you would use on your cell phone. It can be used on this as well without a problem.

• YES THIS TABLET CAN BE USED AS A PHONE. IF YOU HAVE MAGIC JACK, VONAGE, SKYPE, ETC. YOU DEFINITELY CAN HAVE PHONE ACCESS. I JUST BOUGHT IT AND DOWNLOADED THE MAGIC JACK APP. AND USE IT AS A PHONE. THOSE WHO SAID NO, ARE INCORRECT. JUST DOWNLOAD THE APPS. THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO HAVE PHONE ACCESS. YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THE COMPANY YOUR APP CONNECTS TO.

• No you cannot use it as a phone, but you can use it with Facebook and Messenger

• Its too big to use as a phone on your ear but i know for sure you can download an app and talk to anyone you want by like text or video call. My daughter did it.
