A:AnswerThere are some apps I can use without WiFi. There are some I need WiFi for. You have to check when you download. Most of the games I have I have been able to use without WiFi.

The blue tooth hooked up too my Samsung TV well and I am sure that the head phone jack would also work hooking up to your stereo. Apple should work but I do not do any listening through them.
