I had the same issue. Walked into a Best Buy store and they turned on a setting that I had overlooked.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Sony headset that I use with mine. I have used cheaper ear-buds and found that they just do not perform as well. Check your volume setting first. If neither of these works, Geek Squad would be my next choice. I would like to know how you resolved this.
