“how do I get sound from my galaxy tab pro 12.2 ?. I have tried 2 different ear bud sets and get no sound from either one. The head phone icon shows Up in the upper left hand corner of the screen but there is no sound. Could use a little bit of help, please”

I had the same issue. Walked into a Best Buy store and they turned on a setting that I had overlooked.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Sony headset that I use with mine. I have used cheaper ear-buds and found that they just do not perform as well. Check your volume setting first. If neither of these works, Geek Squad would be my next choice. I would like to know how you resolved this.
