It lacks a SIM card tray and is not able to be added to a wireless carrier's network. It is considered to be fully functional while in the presence of a steady Wi-Fi signal.     • Answer Yes, it does have an SD card slot. You can add up to a 2TB micro SD card to it. You can ignore Markie's answer, it's incorrect. Adding an SD card does not affect battery life, so I don't know what they're referring to.
