• Not the Wi-Fi version you can't. However if you can create a hot spot with your existing phone the tablet can use that connection to access the internet. It is my understanding that the 4G LTE versions of this tablet that Best Buy carries are not unlocked versions, so you must use the carrier(s) Best Buy promotes

• This works on WiFi but I am sure you need a different model to use your internet connectivity from your phone carrier. Again, ask the Geek Squad.

• This specific model does not have a SIM card option but I do think there is an option from verizon.

• Not this particular one, no. This model is Wi-Fi only. You can with with one, however. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-galaxy-tab-s2-9-7-32gb-wi-fi-4g-lte-verizon-wireless-black/4467316.p?id=1219750636604&skuId=4467316 Couldn't find the 8.0 screen, not sure if it's offered with the Wi-Fi/4G tech.
