• The specs are not fully correct. Yes it does have 3gb ram. To many bugs with new version. Needs updates. Bestbuy and, Samsung reps in Bestbuy have no clue about this device. Even Samsung.com has the wrong specs for this device. Device gets hot. SM-T713. (NEW VERSION) . Until updates happen pass this model. Look for something else. I have videos on youtube about the heat issue, Camera issue lacking QHD video recording ability / settings 2560x1440. Not available now in version 2, was version 1. I own this 713.

• It gets hot in no time compared to any tablet I've had before!! Really disturbing. I chose this and paid a lot more to have more gigs but not worth it.

• 3gb of RAM is installed along with the 32 GB of internal storage.
