If you are not using a Samsung charger, you find that not all charging blocks are equal. I find that only certain blocks work. You may want to purchase a Samsung charger and go from there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know in the past, using a different cable can cause a burn out on the plug causing it not to charge, or that its a defect from the company? Check on the date you bought it, normally Samsung have 1 year warranty on most of their products'. Also, have you try using a different cable or contacted Samsung support? Some times the tablet just needs to be reset?
