I'm not particularly tech savy, and I don't have the 64 GB model. I have the 32 GB model. I would say your question is sounding like you expect this device to work like a phone. It doesn't have phone capability. I print from my tablet to my wireless printer all the time, so yes, you can do that. You don't have to buy wifi data. I have wireless Internet in my house and we run 1 desktop computer, 2 laptops, 2 tablets, and have run more when the kids lived here. We don't buy data as an extra feature. It's not needed.
