Yes, my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 64 gigabyte was updated to marshmallow 6.0.1 on June 20th 2016. It comes to the tablet automatically just click update. Make sure your connected to wifi and have plenty of charge on the battery. It's best to just plug it in while updating!!
