To me its always worth the extra $100 for more memory. I don't know about the SD card yet. I have only had my tablet for a couple weeks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is definitely worth spending the extra money! The reason is that when you run out room on your tablet due to apps (not a bunch of pictures/videos) you can move *some* of the apps to the SD card, but not all. Also when they're updated, which is constantly, they automatically move from the SD card back to the internal storage. That means you end up running out of room *again* and have to *again* manually move them back to the SD card. It's such a hassle.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it's worth it. After having phones and tablets that have run out of space, to the point where I've had to delete files that I've wanted to keep, I'd say definitely invest in the extra space. And you can put a micro-SD card, up to 256GB, inside of either model.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am really happy I got the 128 GB model. Samsung always has bloatware added that takes up space. It doesn't matter with this tablet. I will never have to worry about running out of memory. I really wish all Samsung devices would come with 65 GB at least. 32 GB seems small by today's standards. Apps keep getting updated and seem to take more and more memory. The sd slot will take up to a 256 GB micro sd card. This is a wonderful tablet, I just love it. Much lighter also than my last Samsung Tablet.
