• The tab s3 generally comes with 32gb..expandable to 256 via SD card. This model internal storage is 128 gb also expandable.. The tab s2 had best buy only version that has 64gb.. (I have it)not many people knew of. I believe this is a limited run /exclusive version tab s3.. I do appreciate the extra room

• No- it's available with 32, 64, or 128 internal memory it has a card slot for micro SD for added external memory.

• I checked with Samsung but they said Tab S3 only have 32GB (max) internal memory.
