- Answer it has "dex" mode built in. So you'll need a C to HDMI cable and just plug it in. starts automatically. make sure you scroll through your input sources to find the correct one that the tablet is providing the input for. Good Luck

QuestionIf the battery dies and or the unit needs to be repaired can it be done? We have an IPAD and it stopped working after 2 years and the battery can't be changed. Does the Samsung Tab S4 allow you to repair it?

- Answer No, the Dex capability has a on-screen keyboard. Note that the Dex capability is not a true PC but in fact an expansion of the Android interface to allow resizable 'windows' for apps that are installed on the tablet, it also allows apps to run simultaneously in 'windows'.

- Answer No this is not waterproof. There was a protector that I found that had the covers they stated they were waterproof. I didn't get it but think I will go back and order it. I have the turtle case and think it's not enough protection. Good luck

- Answer Yes it can take a micro SD card. It comes with a special tool to open the SD port. I have a 128 GB SD card inserted on my tablet.
