Does this show videos at full screen or 4:3? null

The Tab S4 has a screen ration of 16:10. Very similar to the normal 16:9 ratio on newer flat screen tv's.

Depends on how the video is encoded. 16:9 aspect will be full screen. 4:3 will have bars on the side. Extended widescreen will have large black bars top and bottom. Some video players have zoom options.
