• Don't know about Clip Studio Paint but I run Adobe Photoshop CS5, PS Elements 2018 and Premiere Elements 2018 on it without any difficulty.

• It appears that clip studio is only available on Windows and for iPad. So no this will not run clip studio. Is your surface go running Windows S mode? If so you have the option to upgrade to full Windows 10 mode which then we'll be able to run clip studio paint. Hope this helps.
