• A:Answer If you got the Samsung Tab S5e with data that may be possible. Does it take a sim card? Sorry I cant say for sure, but call a Verizon store and they can confirm. I checked before buying mine to see if this tablet was available thru Verizon with data and it was not. Mine is wifi only so i use it with my Verizon phone as a hotspot. It works great! Fast downloads, beautiful picture. I love the tablet color too. Goes well with my rose gold samsung galaxy watch.

• A:Answer The tablet uses a USB type C port. Adaptors are available but you will need to know the type of USB 2.0 you have (i.e. type A, B, mini A, mini B, micro A, or micro B). However, whether an adapter will work for your application I do not know. I would check with the manufacturer of the barcode reader about compatibility requirements and if this tablet is able to conform with these requirements.

• A:Answer There is and should be a BIG asterisk next to the advertised feature which would allow calls and messages to forward to your tablet from your Samsung phone. Yes, you can sink this tablet to your Samsung phone IF you have a phone that is not from Verizon or AT&T. On Samsung's support page for this feature they state it will not work with Verizon and AT&T.
