Is the USB-C port also a data port ? null

Yes! As long as the cable that you use supports data transfer instead of just charging only, you can use the USB-C port on this tab to transfer data to another device. I tested that function to transfer data to and from this tablet from and to my Windows 10 computer with a data transfer cable that I ordered from Amazon and it worked just fine.
