It depends on what tablet model you get, now if you're talking about the internal Ram, for the Samsung Galaxy S7 plus tablet it comes in two versions, the lower models like the 128gb model is 6gb of RAM and the other version the 256 GB model is also 6gb of RAM but the 512gb model the highest version is 8GB of RAM. I hope this helps! And also this tablet is awesome. 8 gigabytes of RAM is the way to go with 512gb but if you can only purchase a lower version.. no matter what!! these tablets are awesome! The S7 tablet specs are the same! The only difference between the S7 and S7 plus tablet is the S7 is 11 in, and the S7 plus tablet is 12.4. Plus other little nuances. Hope this helps!
