Yes. Most programs can run and be updated from device to device If it has cloud features. (Note. these are program-based and not due to the hardware of the tablet. This means any and all devices can support it as long Microsoft updates it on the app store.) *Cloud features doesn't require any set up or downloads Just use whatever program you want like 365 or Google Suite and login on both device and it will be fine.
