• Yes, the display resolution is the same regardless of storage size option.

• Interestingly enough, Samsung doesn't really list the resolution of these devices on their specs page. I guess that's because they know the PPI is lower than the Apple products. However, I believe the 14.6" has a resolution of 2960x1848.
