Yes it is attached to my samsung phone. You can facetime. I can answer my phone from tablet. But get her the keyboard too.

However, there are many other options that would do the same thing but works on Android tablets, like this one from Samsung, and Apple products. Options include Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Google Meet. I hope this helps.

However, you won't find a FaceTime app available for download on the Google Play Store or other app stores.
