There is no "service"/LTE for this watch, so there is no fee. It gets notifications from your phone via bluetooth and can connect to the internet with wifi to get news and stream music.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have mine as an extra line on my contract and I still get all my notifications and can even use Bixby to search the internet. Although if you wanted a separate line it is $10 per month unless you have it on an installment plan.

It does not have a speaker, therefore you cannot have a phone conversation on it like you can the Galaxy Watch. You can answer calls on it, however, the call will be handled through the phone itself.
