“There is no messaging app on my home screen and no place in widgets to add. Notification for messaging is ON. Am able to recieve messages in my notifications screen when they come in but cannot access all messages in a messaging app. How do I fix?”

I never did find a messaging app, however, if you go into your contacts and pull one up there is the ability to send messages there. Additionally, any new alerts and incoming messages are located when you swipe right from the main face of the watch. I returned the first watch thinking it did not come installed with the messaging app and found the same issue on the new one.

It is wonderful you can download apps, reorder apps, change the watch face and just about anything from the app on your phone. I never had a problem with the messages on mine but I did have to reorder all of my apps. It should be listed as an already installed watch app on your Samsung gear app.
