• You can't call Google Assistant, but you can call Bixby, for what it's worth. And yes, you can control smart devices via the SmartThings app on the watch. Works well!

• You can not call on Google Assistant with this. Samsungs Bixby is the voice assistant that comes with this. As to controlling smart devices you will need to see if the manufacturer has put out an app for the watch and control it that way. For instance there is a Roku app that can control your TV with from your watch. Hope this helps.
