Blood Pressure Monitoring is a feature built into the watch, but it is not activated for use yet in the United States until approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Mine does and uses al the heath features. I have the S21 Ultra Samsung phone.

It measures Heart Rate, Stress, Sp02, and has ANd ElectroCardiogram
