The watch can detect atrial fibrillation if you use the ecg feature. It does not passively monitor, you have to push a button, place a finger on a sensor, and wait for 30 seconds.

Not to my knowledge. You can probably download an app for it. It does have ECG monitor.

This is not a medically approved watch. It does give a ECG reading for "informational purposes only. Do not interpret or take clinical action..."
