Not yet. Pending FDA Approval, which is stupid as this is not a diagnostic device.

No sorry, Samsung still waiting for FDA Approval by US. The same Approval Samsung has been waiting for with the Galaxy Watch3 PPG Reader.

Yes, with an Watch App that's particularly Downloaded to the Watch. It will ask you to Install it, once you attempt to use it.
