  • QuestionIs this watch water proof?

    Asked by Anonemus.

    • Answer Yes. I shower with it daily and have swum with it. It has a waterlock setting which I turn on prior to getting it wet, and when I'm done I turn it off. The watch then spits out any moisture that got into its holes haha.

  • QuestionDoes the step tracking, track when you are on a treadmill?

    Asked by Vanna.

    • Answer Aloha Vanna, thank you for taking the time to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy Watch7. The Galaxy Watch7 can track steps on a treadmill thanks to its internal accelerometer to detect body motion. The accuracy of this feature depends on whether you keep your arms moving naturally or if you hold onto the treadmill rails. The restriction of movement can reduce your step count. To get the most accurate step count, it's recommended to not hold the rails or to manually swing your arms with the watch to simulate natural movement.
