• A:Answer as I understand it, your phone needs to be on but does not have to be with you. the watch sends the text to your phone, wherever it is, and then your phone sends it out. this way the text still appears to come from your regular phone number rather than the whatever number the watch is using.

Q: QuestionThe answers here are confusing - regarding voice calls on Galaxy watch 8. One answer says that " VOICE CALLING over LTE is not supported", BUT, another answer says "the GPS + LTE model has an eSIM, allowing it to function independently TO MAKE CALLS". ??
