The screen protector comes on the phone in the box. One thing to note about screen protectors for this device however is that removing, replacing, or installing a screen protector on it yourself will void the Samsung warranty. On the plus side, Samsung approved technicians/locations should be able to replace your screen protector for around $13. Best Buy does take trade ins, but if you have a much older device it isn't always worth it. You can generally check their website to see about how much you can expect to get for your device.
