By the looks of if it is not dual sim. I have only one spot for a sim. Best buy does accept trade ins for the phone, but it looks like only with carrier activiation. or a side trade in phone and pay for it with the trade in, but no direct offer for offer for the unlocked i believe.

No trade in but I had a very old samsung flip phone that would not have qualified even if there was one. Only one sim card but it does have an e-sim option build in if you want two numbers - may slow down data. The Best But phone did not have the ear phones which are supposed to be in the box.
