Judging by the way that preorders were handled I would say no. Most of the people that preordered the phone weeks ago did not get the phone today so I would say that there is a slim to none chance that you would be able to get the phone in the next couple weeks.

I've had good luck with best buy in the past but this has been one of my worst experiences buying a new phone. Prob won't again its just much simpler through the carrier. Not sure why they have started selling things they don't have in stock. They have even charged my card now 3 different times and 3 days later it drops off. Very frustrating.
