Went to Best Buy and confirmed it is a peach colored spen.  Bummer!  Wish it came with a standard black spen.  Oh well!

Unfortunately, whatever pen is in the photo of the color you want... thats the color pen you'll get

Case does come with the S-pen and yes unfortunately the color you see is what you get
