It works will apple and laptops too and it will work with a tablet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and no, mostly no. There are controls on the camera that do everything that the phone does. The phone only acts as a viewfinder to look through the camera in the field and to review your shots afterward. You could use the camera alone, then look at your photos on a windows pc at home. Also if you are really tech savy you can get a modified version of the app and maybe use it with a tablet, but it isnt going to be the best experience, depending on the tablet. The photos are large, videos are much larger still, and only a high end tablet will have the power to handle it. Also camera firmware updates are only done via the app. So you would get no updates. Can it be done? Most likely. Will you be pleased with the results? Probably not.
