A:AnswerStreetview, I do believe it can with recorded gps locations tagged on the picture file. Shock dampening? Absolutely not. If dropped it will most likely damage the camera glass since there are 2 cameras and it's about a 3rd of the surface area
A:AnswerThis camera does not stream live because the photos (and videos) have to be stitched together before they can be viewed. You would need to get the next version of this camera (the 2017 model). The Fly 360 and the ALLie 360 camera allows you to stream live video as well as a few other models on the market.
A:AnswerUnless the specs of the Galaxy 6 active is much different than the 6 or the 6 edge, then I would assume that it would work with the active and work just the same as with the other models. I'm currently using a Note 5 with my Gear 360 and it works fine. The only issue I have is that my phone gets a little hot when I'm running the Gear 360 app and connected to the Gear 360 camera. So far no issues and the quality of the few pictures and videos I've taken look good. I haven't had a chance to pop it into my Gear VR yet, but I'm sure it'll be a pretty cool experience.
