Yes, it counts steps as you take them. However, it will also pick up a lot of hand movement. That is why it is so important to wear it on your non-dominant hand. There will be significantly LESS movement coming from this hand naturally. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I used it as a pedometer during my walk on a measured walking track it was quite accurate for every 1/4 mile marker it was right on the same distance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This product works by arm movement, not steps. Unfortunately, no one shares this information in the store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not at all. Very inaccurate fitness band. I am a runner and cyclist (outdoors) and it is never on track with my calories burned (I use a Polar heart rate monitor now around my chest) and it is never accurate with any of the calculations such as distance, pace, speed, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The pedometer comes nowhere close to reality. It is totally INaccurate!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The watch can only count movement of your wrist so your mileage may vary based on how animated your movement is.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Compared to the Striv that I had been using this watch is more accurate.
