It can track steps through the pedometer and can track mileage covered in exercise mode. Also the duration of the workout.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Has a feature for walking and jogging that takes your heart rate then monitors how long you walk our jog in minutes and tracks the information
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does not track stairs climbed which I was a little bummed out about, but I had the Fitbit Surge and I would climb multiple flights of stairs and it wouldn't track ANY of them. Talk about frustrating! It does track distance traveled and is EXTREMELY accurate. You can do a walk, run, cycle or hike and press a "start" and it will track your distance (I think you can choose km or miles, I use miles) and heart rate as you go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does not track stairs that are climbed - it will track when your arm is in motion so if you are on a treadmill it will still track that as steps but if you are on a fixed exercise bike with hands/arms fixed on the handle bars it will not track as a "step". The device also does track distances and allows you to set a specific exercise routine - for example you can set it to bicycling when you are on a pedal bike and it will track your time and distance while you were on that routine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does. Has a variety of activity types, will then track steps and total distance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, yes and I haven't checked if it tracks time. But you can use the stopwatch or timer at the same time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this will track steps taken and total active minutes, but does not distinguish between stairs climbed, walking, or running.
