You can read text messages you receive. You can do a quick response, there are a couple options but you can't write your own texts with it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is an app that can be downloaded to your phone that allows you to text from the watch with ither quick links or keyword. It is very small but can be done. Gear fit messages is the name of the app for my android.
