You can use the Media Controller on the watch to control music on your phone. You can't listen on the watch since there isn't a speaker on the it.

You're able to: play, pause, next track, previous track, & volume... that's all that I've tried with it so far. It's helpful when your phone is in the arm band or not in your hand when you're running or even if your phone is across the room & you're controlling the music streaming to your surround sound from your phone!
