- Answer Not aware of alternate color options for the Fit 2. However, I was dissatisfied with the Gear Fit 2, as it stopped working within 14-18 days. It is my understanding that the Fit 2 is being discontinued. Upon store exchange, sales associate recommended the Gear Fit 2 Pro. Less than a week of use, I am satisfied with better battery life of Pro. The Pro model does also come in a variety of band colors...check Best Buy website for options.

QuestionWhat specifically does the one year warranty cover? I got this watch as a Christmas 2016 gift - a piece of the back of the watch fell off - or really was stuck to my arm after I removed it after running - and Samsung says not covered??

- Answer After speaking to a supervisor, it did get "covered" - but only repair labor & parts - so they refurbished it & sent it back. The syncing is working now - but the steps are inflated (have been wearing it with a fitbit to compare & it adds about 20% more steps) - and it can't count floors anymore. I work in a one story building with not even a step to get into the building & it showed that I climbed 42 flights during the day (??). This product was a bust! Not worth it.

- Answer Any wall plug will work if it takes a usb. We currently use our cell phone plug in and occasionally the ps4 to charge it.

QuestionIf the watch connects to phone via Bluetooth, & both phone & watch connect to the headset via BT for music/answering calls, can you easily switch or manually have to sync BT devices back and forth? Can phones connect to both devices simultaneously?

- Answer it will just connect to one device at a time. but if you have your bluetooth on for either device, the watch should automatically connect to it. if you have the bluetooth on for both devices, the watch will bounce back and worth on both trying to decide which to connect to. so you can only have the bluetooth on for one device at a time. hope this helps.

- Answer no, there is not a feature that will track your weight gain/loss but if you are referred to elevation as in floors or stairs, yes you can set goals and the Gear fit 2 will track your floor and keep you on track if you fall behind just as it does in steps

- Answer This is a Samsung product. So I would assume it would be compatible, but you have to download the Gear Fit 2 app from the Playstore. So, I would try to download the app and see if you can problems with it before you purchase this product.

- Answer Small. I have a 7.5" wrist, and I got the small. I also ordered a band with a "regular" wristwatch clasp from Amazon, which works better for me anyway.

- Answer No, it does not. It has an option on the app (not on the phone) where you can input it. It only tracks your BPM which is not blood pressure.
