• Using the Samsung S-Health app you still have to enter meal and other health measurements etc. from your phone but you can enter water and coffee intake right from the watch and it will sync with the app on your Android phone.

• Yes! It is just like the weight watchers app. You type in the product name and it calculates everything for you.

• It does not. It allows you to keep track of water and caffeine intake but calories are logged in through a different app that is compatible with this device (S Health is what it's called).
