• It should, as that phone has an Android operating system, install the Android based app thru your app store or read about the app thru your app store, you should be enjoying it in no time! Note:purchase the screen protection at time of purchase, I didn't and had a heck of a time finding it afterward!

• I can't say 100% for sure, but, I would almost bet for sure it will since it is Samsung product. My wife had the Note 4 (which was before the S6) and she had the original Gear Fit and it worked on her phone. You just have to download the Gear Fit Manager App. Samsung has now made the smartwatch compatible with all Android (and iPhones) now. Before it was restricted to only Samsung phones.
