• I have used with both my iPhone 7&8 without issue. As long as you have Bluetooth and can download the app, this will work without issue. Either way, you can still use the watch, you will just loose the upload ability to your phone if it is not compatible.

• It probably would. However, if you have an iPhone your best bet is to get Apple devices. I have noticed from my friends that have Iphones and get non Apple devices that not all features work. The Apple products are very proprietary and are made to work best with their brand. Better get an Apple watch. :-(
