• Yes they hold in sweaty ear. Actually sweat helps seal the headphone in better. Volume is better on iconx2018... you can hear deeper tones and bass. Plus the call quality when speaking to other people is better.

• I'm not sure about jabre elite but I have used many different wired and wireless headphones andthe iconx are so far the best I've ever used. Great sound and fit even in sweaty conditions.
