• Pretty certain it will easily sync with the Note 5. I have the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and it connected in a matter of seconds.

• Yes it works best with all samsung phones but it all so work with most smartphones running 4.4 or higher and 2gb or ram

• Yes the watch is Samsung so it is compatible with all Samsung devices. It is also compatible with all android running 4.4 or newer by using android wear.
