• Yes it does... all of the above... mine tells me if I am restless, my heart rate, and total amount of sleep based on both of those factors.

• You shouldn't sleep with it on, instead you'll want to charge it for the next day. You would want to get a FitBit or something for sleep tracking.

• The Samsung Gear S2 keep really good track of your sleeping. It can tell when you are resting and doing a lot of movement while you are sleeping. Also it keeps track your heart rate throughout the day.

• You can monitor your sleep, and it does monitor your heart rate. It does not tell how many times you wake up.
